Quotes, Prices and Paying
How do your quotes work?
We inspect the job on-site first, then walk you through what's actually needed before naming a number. Once you approve it, that's the fixed price you pay, whatever the job ends up involving. Nothing gets added afterward without your say-so first.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. The $0 Call Out Fee covers the visit itself, so a licensed plumber can look the job over with nothing owing until you sign off on the fixed price for the repair.
Do nights, weekends or public holidays cost extra?
No. What you're quoted holds regardless of what time it is or what day it falls on. A Sunday night callout is priced the same way a Tuesday afternoon one would be, confirmed before any work begins.
How can I pay?
Payment options get confirmed when we quote the job, so you know exactly what's available before committing to anything. The goal is making that side as straightforward as the repair itself, with nothing tacked on at the end.

Licensed, Insured and Accountable
Do your plumbers carry a current licence and insurance?
Yes. Every plumber we send holds NSW Plumbing Licence #275278C and full insurance cover, checked before they're ever sent out to a job. That's not optional in this trade, whatever size the job looks like.
Can I check your plumbing licence?
Yes. Lic #275278C is displayed on our site, and you're welcome to verify it independently through the NSW licensing register before any work starts. We'd rather you check than simply take our word for it.
What is safe to try myself before you arrive?
Switching off an isolation valve, or the water at the meter if you can't find one, is usually safe and genuinely helpful. Beyond that, especially anything involving gas, it's safer to leave it for a licensed plumber.
What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?
The labour on every repair we carry out, for as long as that repair's in place. If it's not right, we come back. No questions. No cost.

Speed, Hours and Booking
How fast can you get here?
We're on-site fast once you call, with genuine emergencies, active leaks, no hot water, blocked toilets, given priority over routine bookings. You'll get an honest picture on the phone rather than a vague promise neither of us can rely on.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes, every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays. A real licensed plumber answers the phone directly, not an answering machine, whatever time you're calling.
What happens after I call?
You'll talk through what's actually happening with a licensed plumber, get told what to do in the meantime if anything's urgent, and a plumber gets moving toward you. Nothing gets scheduled into a vague window.
How does the callback form work?
Leave your number and a short note on what's going on, and a licensed plumber calls you back directly to talk it through and organise the job. Someone actually reads what you've written.

Working Around Gordon
Which suburbs do you service?
Gordon and the surrounding Ku-ring-gai area, including Killara, Pymble, St Ives, Roseville and Lindfield. If you're unsure whether your street's covered, a quick call settles it either way.
What does heavy rain do to Gordon's plumbing?
Gordon sits on a ridge that falls away toward Stony Creek, and heavy downpours can surcharge older stormwater pits on that slope. Add leaf litter from the suburb's heavy tree canopy, and gully traps on older blocks can overflow faster than expected.
Why do Gordon's older homes keep us busy?
Plenty of Federation-era homes here still run original clay drainage, laid well over a century ago. Those lines crack and let tree roots in as they age, which is why root-affected blockages are one of the more common calls we take.
How local are you to Gordon, really?
Gordon sits on our regular run, not somewhere we only turn up once something's already gone wrong. That familiarity saves time when it counts, since we're not learning a street's quirks on the spot.
